Are accommodation units subject to approval?
You must obtain permission from the competent authority to set up a cabin/container. The purpose of use decides the approval requirement, not the design of the cabin/container.
The building authority of the respective council or city is responsible for this. To be on the safe side, please contact the responsible office for information on the procedure. A submission plan may be required.
