In the Greater Turin area, the name Famar has stood for precision in machine tool manufacturing for over half a century, particularly for the demanding automotive sector. However, new technologies and an industrial realignment required one thing above all: more space for the minds behind the machines. The technical office for development and project planning was bursting at the seams.
The challenge: Office expansion without business interruption
For Marco Gontero, Marketing Manager at Famar, the biggest concern was a potential business interruption. In an industry where just-in-time counts, you cannot afford to shut down the development department for construction work. The solution lay in the modular construction method from CONTAINEX.
