Modular office building system for the Siemens Group, Wales

The three-storey modular building, with a total of 75 containers, is used by Siemens employees during maintenance work on the neighbouring power plant in Newport.

The mobile space solution contains a spacious canteen and a variety of offices which extend over two storeys. There is a sanitary area and some changing rooms on the ground floor. The green office system is accessible via two external staircase containers and was visually enhanced with a fascia support.
