Does CONTAINEX train apprentices?
Traditional apprenticeships can not be learned in our company. We offer our trainee programme"Train the winner" to graduates from vocational schools, higher education institutions and universities. This provides the professional knowledge through theory and practice.
What is the application procedure?
In each online ad you will find a link that takes you to our online application form. We ask you to fill this in and send it with your attachments.
A prompt confirmation email will assure you that your application has been received. Within 14 days you will receive a response from our application management team regarding the outcome of your application.
The recruitment process: first introductory interview via telephone or Skype, followed by a personal interview with a recruiter. For certain positions, a second appointment with a department head is possible. We assume your travel costs by arrangement.

Will my travel expenses be reimbursed?
Should you successfully pass the first application step (interview by telephone or Skype), we will invite you to a personal interview in Wiener Neudorf or in Kufstein at our expense.
Which specific knowledge do I need? (education, training)
First and foremost we look to graduates from vocational schools, higher education institutions and universities. Previous knowledge about logistics or freight forwarding is not obligatory. Through our trainee programme "Train the Winner" we provide the specialist knowledge required for the job.
What level must my German be?
German is our in-house language. In order to be able to converse effectively in internal communication with colleagues, we require your level of German to be at B1 and ideally B2 (in accordance with the European reference framework for foreign languages).
What level must my knowledge in foreign languages be?
We communicate in the native language of our customers and business partners. In order to ensure purposeful communication, your skills in foreign languages should at least be at B1 and ideally B2 level of the European reference framework.
When does the trainee programme begin?
There are no fixed start dates. The trainee programme - individually tailored to you - can start at any time. The trainee programme comprises complete basic training and in depth specialist training according to your job assignment.
How high is the probability for me as a trainee to get a permanent employment contract?
Along with professional training, the trainee programme helps you to get to know other colleagues and is not an additional candidate selection process. As a family-owned company and conscious of traditions, we are interested in employing candidates on a long-term basis.
What are the working hours?
In accordance with legal regulations we work 40 hours per week. Work begins every day at 8 am. At weekends we enjoy our leisure time.
How can I apply for a company apartment?
We will be happy to help you find an apartment. We work together with reliable landlords and housing providers in the region, so that you can directly and easily move in to your first apartment.
How can I travel to my workplace?
There is a free shuttle bus for our employees between Vienna and Wiener Neudorf. Our office in Kufstein has a very central location and is perfectly served by public transport (bus or train). Employees arriving by car can use our free parking areas.
